Day 44: Holy Spirit, help in weakness
John 15:26 When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth that proceeds from the Father, he will testify to me.
O Holy Spirit, descend plentifully into my heart. Enlighten the dark corners of this neglected dwelling and scatter there Thy cheerful beams —St. Augustine
Do I remember a difficult time in my life when I fully trusted the Holy Spirit to take over a situation and help me speak when I was afraid to? What happened after I asked the Holy Spirit to testify?
Prayer: Heavenly Father, please send Your Holy Spirit upon me in the name of Jesus, especially when I have no word to defend myself or fear to speak Your truth, so my mouth is filled with the power and love of the Holy Spirit, who is my advocate at all times.

Come Holy Spirit, be my strength in my times of weakness.
