More on the Holy Spirit and the will of God
Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Because of God’s Spirit in us, we are always invited to faithfully serve him in our work and actions. God has blessed us with the desire to do good and the Spirit of God in us helps us to fulfill that will of God.
How can I seek and do the will of God always?
It is important to stay united with the Lord in prayer and to be open to receiving and sharing what we receive from the Lord.
Prayer: Come Holy Spirit, Come into my life and increase in me faith, hope and love. Fill me with every grace, power and strength and lead me to know and fulfill the will of God for my life.
Romans 8: 27 – 28 …Because the spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. And we know that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
