As we journey each day, with all hopes, dreams, plans, how about take one more companion along with us – God’s word. Taking His word with you, into each new day will bring abundant blessings for you and for those you meet along the way. The times around us may seem uncertain, challenging, but His word has power, power to transform and breathe life, grace into every situation.

So why wait, spend time each new day, knowing more of His word, His love for you, His truth. So, let’s do this, pick one verse a day, and experience the richness of God’s word. Let us make His word our constant companion each new day, every moment of each day!

Our Lord’s word has so much power, it’s way beyond human understanding and I can cannot put it in words. For those who believe and accept His word, it has the ability to breathe new life, recreate, renew, build, transform, heal, restore us and much more than you can ask or imagine. For nothing is impossible for Him.

Let us ask the Lord to open our eyes, our hearts and our minds to His word by the power of the Holy Spirit and experience His word’s power and experience more of the Holy Spirit.

Each day find a scripture verse, something that touches you and meditate on it. The more and more you do this, the more you will learn to turn to His word, tune into His word, and experience His peace, the truth, His unique direction for your life and His abundant love for you.

Overtime you will see and experience the power of His word. It’s amazing!

As we start another new day, I’d like to leave you with this Psalm of confidence in the Lord. May His word come alive in your life!

Psalm 16: 5, 6 (Good News Translation): You Lord, are all I have, and you give me all I need; my future is in your hands. How wonderful are your gifts to me; how good they are!

Yes Lord, You hold me, my future, this day, this year, all the areas of my life, my relationships – all of it, in Your great hands. You give me all I need. All Your gifts are just too wonderful for me!
Lord, Lead me today by Your Holy Spirit, to receive Your word in faith. Lead me in Your truth and help me live in Your love, at all times. Thank you Lord! Come Holy Spirit, come fill me. Amen.
